Curb Painting
Curb painting and stenciling can improve the safety of your parking lot. It helps the driver during the day and especially at night to stay in the lanes, provides emergency vehicle access to the building, and serves as a warning for pedestrians step watch their step when approaching the building.
Line Removal
Sand Blasting is available upon request. When we re-stripe a parking lot and it requires moving lines or changing a part of the layout, we offer sand blasting to remove the old lines so that all you see are brand new lines.

A complete start to finish from class 5 and up, or a mill and overlay consisting of 1 1/2 to 3 inch overlay of the entire lot or driveway giving it a new surface.
Parking Lot Sweeping
Hot Crack filling
The products we use are the best out there, rubbers, virgin rubbers. There are two different processes that can be used for hot crack filling. The first process involves cleaning and filling cracks by blowing them out with high pressured air and then filling the cracks with hot rubber and finally squeeging them to give it a low profile for less damage in the plowing season. The alternative process involves routing. For this process we first route the cracks to a 1 inch by 1 inch crack, then we blow out and fill, followed by squeeging. This process is recommended, and proven to last up to 5 times longer then just cleaning and filling.
